As a Reiki Master, I can guide you through sessions that may assist in treating various ailments, including muscle and joint pain, headaches, heart disease, insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, and more. In practice, Reiki is effective for nearly any discomfort. EFT Coaching
EFT = Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT, or "Tapping" is one of the most effective psychological tools of our time. EFT counseling intends to find the pain points for our emotional blockages that prevent us from living a full life. EFT sees a person as a whole, and combines the functions of the body and mind, giving us balance and health both internally and externally. EFT sessions can be easily made via video call.
